MIG Consulting LLC (MIG) provides environmental investigation and remediation services to clients in the Mid-Atlantic States. Our staff of scientists, engineers and managers has experience in all phases of these areas. Here are brief sketches of the senior members of our team


Inderpreet (IP) Singh, P.G.,a Civil Engineer, is Owner and President of MIG Consulting LLC. He brings to the firm more than 20 years experience in project and financial management, marketing, hazardous waste investigations and industrial hygiene surveys. Mr. Singh manages drilling services for MIG. He is responsible for the overall management of MIG including setting policy for the firm, providing quality assurance /quality control for reports and is responsible for the health and safety of MIG employees.

Inderbir Singh, P.E., PMP (Project Management Professional) Mr. Singh has more 20 years hands-on experience in hazardous-site clean-up, construction oversight and business development. He has managed and reviewed different aspects of Installation Restoration projects at USAF bases located throughout the United States. Currently, Mr. Singh’s primary focus is to develop business for MIG with the US Army, Navy and Air Force. In addition Mr. Singh reviews remedial investigation/remedial action reports and innovative cleanup technologies for New Jersey DEP sites.

David Pry, P.G., LSRPMr. Pry has more than 30 years of experience in all aspects of the environmental consulting business. Throughout his career, Mr. Pry has assisted his clients in navigating the complex environmental regulations related to hazardous waste management, subsurface investigation, and cleanup. He has assisted his employers in obtaining new clients and new business opportunities by developing long lasting relationships and innovative solutions to their environmental problems. He has been a Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) since 2010 and has issued over five-dozen Response Action Outcomes (RAOs).

Newton Rose, Ph.D. Mr. Rose, an Environmental Scientist with more than 35 years of experience, is MIG’s Federal Contracts Manager. As such he is responsible for identifying upcoming solicitations and preparation of technical proposals. He also serves as Corporate Health and Safety Officer. His duties include preparation and updating of RAI’s Health and Safety Plan; preparation of site-specific Health and Safety Plans; and review of such plans prepared by other staff. At another firm, Mr. Rose served as Deputy Program Manager of an EPA Technical Assistance Team (TAT).
